With living some distance away from the property, it has been difficult to get over and deal with it, however Victoria and her team dealt with all the viewings and quires. Before the tenant moved in,they had some minor issues which they wished to have checked. It didn't cause a problem for Victoria, she promptly sent a colleague to cross check the items and reported back to ourselves and the tenant to put everyone's mind at rest. We will certainly being instructing Victoria on other properties in the future.

Hugely extortionate and not justified, lots of hidden costs and charges to not reflect the quality of the service provided. By the property management's inefficiency it has cost us a huge amount of money, which I hold proof of.
