Have had a really positive experience dealing with Tim Gilbert at Dexters, he was professional and helpful to us from the moment we made contact to arrange a viewing of a property. He was very supportive to us, and most of all, was very responsive when we had any questions to ask which was hugely appreciated by us all. It was a pleasure dealing with TIm and the team at Dexters.
Comment on agent fees
The agency fees seem to be the same as they are elsewhere, universally they seem a little excessive, not any more in Dexters than they are elsewhere

Interesting seems as if London Independent doesn't even write their own reports - they use Orbit, an online inventory transcription service:
