Kevin Lawson was absolutely first-class from start to finish. I approached Kevin as a first-time buyer and was very impressed by the way he scoped out the different options I had before me relating to all aspects of the mortgage and purchase process itself. Not only was Kevin completely professional in his dealings with me, and remarkably always at the end of the phone when I needed him for matters big and small, but he was never short of good-natured and supportive. I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough and would encourage anybody reading this to approach him for a consultation.
Shelley Bradley was a pleasure to liaise with throughout the purchase of my first home. Always approachable and friendly, Shelley was also gracious and patient in dealing with the many questions this first-time buyer threw her way! Shelley made the enormous undertaking of buying my home a genuinely enjoyable process. In handling communication between myself, the Vendor and the Solicitors when required, I never felt anything short of fully informed at all times and I feel very lucky to have been looked after by Shelley from that first enquiry through to getting the keys!
As representatives of the whole team at Manning Stainton (Oakwood), both Kevin and Shelley are a credit to their profession and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
