I am having the worst experience ever in my life by dealing with Huggins Edwards sharpe, I wish we had never gone to them. We have renting a place for over 5 years now and for the last 2 years this property has been in a nightmare and un-liveable condition, they have got the kitchen tiles out for a repair for over 2 months now and each time we try to follow up they just send someone to take the measurement and nothing happens afterwards. Now the situation has come that they don't even bother reply to our calls or email. The boiler doesn't work, the lights doesn't work, there's a water leakage and we are paying more than the double water bill every month and guess what they are not even registered with Ombudsment to make a complaint further. However, I am going to take this matter now to Watch Dogs as I have had enough now and we pay a rent everymonth they are not providing a free accommodation that they shouldn't care about us.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Where the property is fully managed listen and negotiate with the landlord on behalf of the tenant (this did not happen and was very frustrating). Abolish 'administration fees' - you are already making a fortune from the management fees paid to you by the landlords. Actually do a good job of 'managing' the property.Attached Filesnbsp;
