We were making a large move from Hertfordshire to Yorkshire and contacted JR Hopper as you seemed to be a very large agent in this area. We initially came up for a short time to see a number of properties, however by the time we arrived a number had already been sold so we asked advice from the team as to other properties that might be useful to see. What really impressed us was that very quickly Charlotte and Elizabeth seemed to have a very good idea of the type of property that we really wanted. As a result of the 6 properties we viewed only 1 was ruled out because we didnt like it. As a result of the different properties put forward by Charlotte and Elizabeth we have actually purchased our dream property in a dream location. It was also a very nice touch to get a moving in card. We cannot praise the team highly enough it felt like they also had our interest at heart although clearly working for the seller. We had a couple of difficult moments during the purchase when things were moving too slowly for us and it was with the help of Charlotte and Elizabeth that we were able to get things unstuck and moving again. We would highly recommend the agents.
