Lavelle did an outstanding job for us. She presented the house to potential buyers in a professional manner, and made sure that anybody that was interested in the house went to see it. She kept us informed of offers and helped with the final agreed price. Once the house was sold she continually updated us and chased the buyers solicitor(who was very poor) to get the sale pushed through. Overall Lavelle and Thomas Morris Sawtry did an outstanding job in getting our house sold.
Comment on agent fees
I think that charging a percentage is wrong. It's the same amount of work to sell a ‚£100k, ‚£200k or ‚£300k house it should therefore be a flat fee.
