Complete lack of communication and what we did get was lies lies and more lies. All the mortgage advisor is bothered about is his two lots of commission and seems to think he can also act as a solicitor when making promises that clearly can not be kept! I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them and would advise anyone to not only never sell a house through them but never buy from them either!
What agent could do to change your mind?
