Stephen was always very helpful throughout the whole letting process. After frustrating delays and double bookings with other letting agencies in London, Stephen was very flexible and quick to confirm viewings for a variety of properties that fitted our preferences. He was very easy to contact by phone and email (always picked up and replied extremely quickly); he was honest and kept us informed of other potential tenants that might secure our chosen property before us (which we had frustratingly experienced before) while we were deliberating. Being new to the letting process, Stephen seeked out/answered any questions we had. He has ensured the process has gone smoothly for us, from initial viewings through to a follow up call a few weeks after we moved in to check if we had any problems. We are extremely impressed with the service LIFE residential, and Stephen, have provided and would highly recommend it to anyone.
We also had an issue with our front door on moving in (didn't close or lock securely due to building movement), after a phone call to our LIFE residential property manager, Kate Angel, the issue was sorted and a new door fitted almost immediately! Extremely happy with the service. Thank you.

LIFE have responded above trying to pin the delayed return of our deposit on the MyDeposits dispute process. While it is true that the dispute process takes time, it ignores and shifts blame away from why we had to dispute our deposit in the first place. LIFE were completely unreasonable in their deductions, trying to charge over the odds for cleaning and repairs following a tenancy marred by unkept promises and an evasive, incompetent property manager - something MyDeposits agreed with us on.
