I have dealt with reeds rains for over 8 years and, during this time, have predominantly dealt with Wendy and gaynor. I first used reeds rains to let out my house as I was moving away from the area. After an unsuccessful period of trying to sell the house ( at the worst possible economic time) I was advised to re-let the house until the market picked up.
I can only describe my dealings with Wendy and gaynor as nothing short of exceptional- they continually kept me in touch with all that was happening and, more importantly, offered peace of mind that my house was being looked after as I had moved a considerable distance from the property.
During summer 2014, the long standing tenant moved out of the property and, following discussions with Wendy, I was advised to try again and sell the property. The house went on the market on August 13th and the sale was completed on September 26th. The whole process was made much easier thanks to the caring attitude of the reeds rains staff.
I wish to thank reeds rains hyde immensely for all of their help over the years and I would fully recommend their service to anybody wishing to let out/ sell their house.

What rubbish. We found alternative accommodation on the basis we was able to leave, and now you won't let us leave early because both RR and the landlords are too greedy to let us off 14 days early.
