As a landlord, my experience has been very similar to the previous review.
Since a change of staff (Ian Woodhouse left the Lymington office) e-mails are simply ignored and not answered.
6 weeks ago I instructed John D Wood to return the tenant's deposit in full. It took over a month, and a complaint to the managing director, before i even had a reply. The deposit has still not been returned.
As I am legally liable for the return of the deposit to the tenant, I am having to consider embarking on court action to recover the money from the agent!
