Ilkeston property's customer service is awful and I have never experienced anything like this. They have no time for customers and make you feel un-valued. When you ask for things to be done like repairs etc it takes months of badgering and phone calls for anything to be carried out and all you get is there busy despite there contract of repairs they have In place all of my repairs exceeded this limit and still nothing was done. Being without hot water and central heating for nearly 24hours and having to persistently ring for answers to when someone is going to be out to fix it is a joke. There whole attitude is that everything is such an effort and there answer for everything is we're sorting it. I am currently looking for an alternative landlord as despite the numerous conversations of not being happy and countless emails due to waiting for repairs etc still nothing has been done. I sometimes wonder how they get there custom maybe if I didn't pay my rent on time they might have something to say about it! I strongly advise people to rent elsewhere because as soon as they have your money they don't want to know! Disgusting management and poor customer service and anyone who pays to rent their house with them is a mug!
