Good service, sold our house using the Sawtry office and bought using Ramsey office. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lottie(Sawtry) showed us round some houses and was very good. Nicola(Ramsey) was also very good arranging viewings and going back for second viewings etc. Whole process took us about 3 months, sold our own house in about a day or two. Once we had found a house to move to, also very good and helped us towards the end, Russell was very good at just ironing out a few last minute concerns and we are grateful for his input, getting the sale and purchase done and dusted.
Comment on agent fees
No one wants to pay them but I think that they were fair enough.
