We rented a place off him , no problem getting our deposit back as he had noooo back up basicly . I was jn full labour the day we moved out i had to wait for him to come do his checks ( late ) he said he didn't care if i wanted my.money i had to stay there . We washed allll the carpets and he walked in with muddy shoes then said he will have to get some one in and wash them ovs bill us .. He made Damien clean the oven top with bleach and his jumper ( although we cleaned it better than b4 we moved it ) . Took out 23 full grown tress out the back garden and put a drive in and he rubbed his hands togther later claiming he did it .. Not fussed or hurrying him self up i had to stay and wait for him to b finshed b4 i could go i to hospital to have our girly ( at the time it was a high risk didn't think she would make it ) . We pestered for a few weeks to get our money but meeting him face to face after and "husband" having a few harsh words he realised it . When we handed our notice in . He let the property and with out giving us any warning he would turn up with new people . At one point he walked i to our home doing a viewing whilst we were eatting tea . With out knocking or apologising . Every 6 mo Tha he was ment to do a check but half the time he just turnt up unexpectedly or done it with out our permission when we were out ! Disgraceful man lack of manners respect. His car number plate says it all . Take note !

We conduct the credit checks and referencing on each tenant over the age of 18 that is going into a property. Our agency fees are £114 including VAT per person and the same if the guarantor is required. We give at least 24hrs notice to the tenants when carrying out viewings and remain very professional when conducting the viewings. We do have a complaint procedure and if you had followed procedure then we could have looked into your complaint professionally.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
