From the first telephone call, to Craig Armstrong's property valuation, which was right on the button and higher than I expected. My house was viewed the next day after it was put on the market and I had two offers, one very close to the asking price. Shawn Meakins was an extremely effective and able facilitator, working very hard to keep informed. Two days after my house went on the market it was effectively sold.
Tina kept me informed of my sales progress and was very efficient and hard working.
I should also mention both Cassie and James who played there part in the sale.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Haart Harlow team to anyone looking to sell their property.
