What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have allowed quiet enjoyment of the property, and not been money-grabbing, disorganised, uncaring bullies.

I used to work for them and would never rent from them. Only concerned about landlords because that is where the money comes from. Faults were reported but went un-repaired. End of tenancy inspections would have to list every fault, stratch or dent and they ...
