I am finding that many properties listed with Stratton Creber are not available - sold or under offer. No information is updated to say 'sold stc' so a lot of time is wasted in having to ring and check availablilty of individual properties.
Very few properties have floor plans and many have only a few pictures. One property I was interested in, I was not able to look around until I had a buyer for mine. I requested more photos or at least a floor plan and was told that they didn't photograph the rooms that needed repairs as it would not help market the property. When I argued that, since I was not able to look at the property myself yet, more photos could prevent wasting everyone's time, the story was changed to claim that the owner wouldn't let them take more pictures.
On another occasion it took more than a week to arrange a viewing due to 'staff training'! I would certainly not sell my home with Stratton Creber as they have not looked after me as a customer at all.
Out of all the estate agents I am receiving alerts from, Stratton Creber are the only ones sending me daily emails of irrelevant properties outside my search criterion.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
