What can I say ? we have just sold our rented property with Elliot & Cooper, after having it on the market with a previous estate agent for 6 months, Kelvin & Matthew sold it within one month, and they only send people who are ready to make a purchase which stops a lot of time wasting!!
We had regular contact with both Kelvin & Matthew from the first visit down to the last day of completion I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again myself with no hesitation

Having a flat destroyed by bad tenants, I couldn't sell this through a regular estate agent. They just didn't have the catalogue of interested buyers. However, Kelvin was able to find an interested party within a month of the property being listed.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
