Sarah is an agent that I would classify as top shelf. And by that I mean she's the equivalent of a ridiculously expensive bottle of scotch that I can't afford, but look up at and wish that I could. And when a glass of that scotch finds it way to me by pure fluke, or luck, I say cheers and embrace it.
In Sarah's case that means an honest, funny, laid-back lass who has an ability to make me feel like I'm chatting away to an old friend I haven't seen in a while.
As someone who recently began living alone for the first time, and is apparently wildly ill-equipped for such an adventure, Sarah is also happy to answer any questions I had, or still have, no matter how difficult, or easy, they may be. She is both clever and astute, and I always get the impression she enjoys helping me.
She has the largest collection of keys of anyone I know, a fear of red jelly babies (but not the other colours), and a wonderfully whimsical side.
