From start to finish they were pushy and unhelpful. On one viewing they never turned up and after having trouble contacting the office I finally learnt that the staff member had gone off sick and no one had contacted me. At all times defensive and unwilling to accept any blame for their errors and also condescending and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to contact the office the person I wanted to speak to was busy. Customer service was dreadful score out of ten a minus. Their conveyancing team who they recommend are slow and difficult to get hold of I even had trouble getting my keys after completion as the legal side had not phoned the office to say the keys could be released. Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with and very expensive fees. Only good points were Graham who does some of the viewings who was punctual and cheerful and extremely helpful. Jonathan the financial advisor was also helpful. Otherwise minus score out of ten.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs improving massively. Never felt like a valued customer. Too corporate. All the smart suits in the world mean nothing if you can't provide a good service and be genuine which Bridgfords were not

Comment on agent fees
I was quoted very high fees if I wanted to sell my house through this company. Thankfully I chose another company who did a great job for me
