Hello,
I am writing this review to warn people about this unprofessional agency. This is by far the worst agency I have ever used.
There are endless admin fees at the beginning of the tennacy and especially at the end. The house was given to us in a filthy state, yet we were expected to clean the property to a professional standard before leaving. Despite not agreeing with this we spent all weekend cleaning the property including shampooing the carpets.
Despite the oven was deemed to be in a dirtier state than when we moved in and we were deducted 30 pounds admin fee and 36 pounds for professional cleaning. These guys are clearly con artists!
Furthermore Nigel Parry the manager refused to take any of my calls to escalate the issues. He is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with!
Save your self time, effort and lots of money and go for a professional agency.
P.S repairs were also never carried out adequately.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Charge less admin fees and not con me out of my deposit. The are a bunch of thieves and stole 66 pounds for one unjustified issue: a dirty oven. The most annoying thing is that the inventory stated that the oven was dirty when we moved in. There is a 60 pound dispute admin fee so you can even use the deposit dispute service! I am so annoyed and feel completely cheated and coned!

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
