"I contacted Macks Properties and a number of other property management businesses following some general dissatisfaction with my previous managing agent. Neel's speedy response and empathy with our situation was astounding as was their ability to understand, priorities and manage some of the initial outstanding issues. Neel was very hands on managing both the expectation of timescales for transfer, the communication to transfer of information from the previous management company and sorting the finances. Having experienced conversations and presentations from a number of Macks Properties competitors, I could not hesitate in recommending them highly enough. Macks Properties is a highly professional, hands on organisation who more importantly stick to their promises and manage expectation exceptionally well."
