The agency has handled one of my properties for 3 years and another for 1 year. I was living abroad when I bought my first property and most correspondence was carried out by email/telephone. The excellent service I received then has continued since I returned to the UK.
Recently I had plumbing problems in both my properties and this was handled with the normal, expedient service that has become the norm for this agency.
Comment on agent fees
The fees charged by the agency are not the cheapest, but taking into consideration the lack of problems for myself due to the excellent management skills of Ramaine, they are by far the best value for money in the market.

Would be good if the fee for renewing the lease could be reduced. We are 75 year olds and the rent is a major part of our income so we basically lose quite a lump of money every time the tenant renews.
