At the outset, I had invited several agents to advise but in terms of professionalism and clear command of relevant considerations regarding the proposed sale of the property, Andrew Buckley was 'head and shoulders' above the others. Thereafter, the efficiency and skill that was brought to advertising and marketing the property, coupled with the excellent assistance given by all members of the support staff throughout the transaction, was not capable of being bettered. I was impressed with my experience that all members of the Sale staff were, without exception, courteous, very efficient and genuinely anxious to be of as much assistance as possible.
