Poor Service!!! We bought our property in June 2014. Staff at Jones Robinson (apart from the receptionists who were relatively helpful!!) were pretty useless. David Jones was unable to answer calls despite messages being left, emails were unanswered and we were left feeling pretty unhappy. The house we bought had been rented out before and there were so many problems, i don't understand how tenants lived in it before we moved in. Leak from the bathroom damaging the ceiling in the kitchen, broken shower, filthy carpets etc. Whilst we understand we bought the house "as seen" there was a pile of asbestos in the garden that Jones Robinson hadn't bothered to clear despite renting the property out. Obviously they have no interest in the safety of their tenants!
Jones Robinson were a huge disappointment. Despite an email from David Jones "promising" to be in touch, we still haven't heard anything..... (2 months later!!)
Perhaps when you are selling a house they have more interest as there is more money to be made. We certainly wouldn't buy a house from them again!
Good luck to all who go with them in the future, may your sale/purchase be a better experience than ours.... be brave (and be prepared to fall out with everyone!!)
What agent could do to change your mind?
Had contact with us.Been nice. Had a bit of respect to , at least, reply to a phone call!

I note your comments amd take all criticism seriously if it means we can review our services and deliver a better service . I apologise if I have failed in your eyes to communicate as often as you would have liked and I accept that criticism as that is how you have percieved it . I think you are referring to the end of the purchase when you were unhappy about the state of the property and you finding some asbestos sheets hidden in the undergrowth in the garden which neither the landlord the tenant your surveyor or ourselves had seen . As you have admitted the house was old and needed work and the surveyor is employed to pick up on any issues prior to exchange .Our client (landlord) has to approve any expenditure on a house when it was let . It was no ones intention to hide anything . During the sale which went through quite quickly in comparison to other sales once the contract was issued I have counted 22 points of contact from our offices to you approximately twice a week during the sale by our sales coordinator . I personally should have contacted you again after completion and I apolgise for that . If you wish to discuss any other points then I would be happy to have a meeting with you . Regards David
