After selling my own property in a different area three years ago, I knew the importance of choosing the right agent for a smooth and successful sale of my late Mother's house. I choose Preston Baker York as I was impressed by Jodie Hogarth, Manager, and especially by their marketing strategy which proved to be highly successful. The fact they had won a number of awards was also an important deciding factor in my choice of agent.
I then dealt mostly with Karen Preece, Client Care Manager, who was always helpful, efficient and friendly and kept me fully informed throughout the process. I occasionally spoke with a few other members of staff who were equally helpful and friendly.
There was one open day viewing which took place within ten days of the house going on the market. Viewing was fully accompanied, with many viewers and numerous offers. An offer above the asking price was accepted and the house completed last week.
I would highly recommend Preston Baker, York and would like to thank all the staff for making a difficult time run smoothly.
