The worst experience of my life. We didn`t even know there was an inventory report created, only after signing the contract. Also we only found out after moving in that the mattress is in terrible condition, so we slept on the floor instead. They are full with promises, none of them are fulfilled. Staff cannot be reached, they always have some excuse, why. They took 500 GBP application fee, basically there is a fee even for greeting you. They are completely dishonest. We discovered a plug hanging out from the wall on naked wires, their comment was that it doesn`t matter it is hidden behind a furniture. Do not use them, they will take your money (a lot of it), and this is all that they are interested in. Terrible company with unprofessional stuff.
What agent could do to change your mind?
learn customer care and stop being a money oriented a@@hole.

Way too high for that nothing they provide. Handling fee for everything, even though they don`t complete paperwork in time, they are not approachable.
