Laura Withington, Property Administrator, is a rare blend of incompetence and bad faith. For six weeks as of Sept 30th 2014, my apartment has not been cleaned by Accord´s service provider, when it should have been, as per the terms of my contract (I offered to pay an extra 100GBP /month to have the flat cleaned weekly). Laura has displayed a remarkable professionalism ignoring my emails and calls for six weeks in which I requested that the cleaning be resumed. When answering my calls, she has demonstrated her client-facing skills by producing excuses for her inaction and by trying to blame me for the interruption of the service.
As a result, I have started deducting 25GBP from my monthly payment for every week that the cleaning was not performed. Countrywide ("supporting Accord Lets", as their letter says) has not failed to claim the missing sum, ignoring all previous emails and exchanges with their qualified team member, and has started applying administrative fees for the delayed sum.
I cannot recommend Accord Lets enough, Laura Withington being the best example of the service level they can and will offer their customers.
What agent could do to change your mind?
It would have been enough that the agency resumed the cleaning service, but there is an open attitude to dismiss the customer and ignore my requests. It is a lack of respect and a waste of my time.

30 GBP administrative fees for a 50GBP payment delay in Sept´s 2014 rent. Wait, 60% fees? Yes, 60% fees, you read right.
