I recently sold my property through Philip James Partnership and would high recommend them to other prospective sellers in the South Manchester area.
When our property was first placed on the market we agreed to target a higher sale price at my request to test the marker however after approximately 10 viewings with a month with no offers Tony / Paul suggested that we may want to lower the price. These discussions were well structured and based on house market trends within the area rather than appearing subjective. On agreement to lower the price, we had another 10 viewings with 2 offers, 1 of which was accepted.
At this stage, Rob Peak was assigned to complete the sale and did everything in his power to ensure it moved along at speed providing regular updates and flagging any issues. Towards the end of the process, a request from the buyer's lender for additional searches meant that there was an extended delay to the process. Although a very frustrating delay for all parties involved, Rob continued to work with relevant parties to push the sale forward to completion. His efforts were much appreciated!
