Originally purchased property through Piers some 7 years ago. On deciding to sell the property the firsr choice was Piers at Sidmouth , that should say it all .

Excellant service, prompt, polite, knowledgeble & efficient .

I would also go as far as to say it was quite an enjoyable experience .

Good team also at the office.

Comment on agent fees
Overall very happy but would say commission paid by Solicitor to agent was considerable , a large % of the overall bill from the solicitor would have expected that to be reduced from the 1.5% overall sale fee.
