Fantastic lettings Agent, let within 10 days for full asking rent. This Company is so on the Ball & Professional. I will always use them again. 2nd time this company approached me whilst on with our local agent (a big financial loss to me) & after 9 weeks, & 3 serious mistakes, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Reeds Rains. Don,t stick to your local Agent, try the competition, they want to earn their commission more & really do work in my interest. Ask for Paul, so helpful, he really wants to work your Prperty in your Interests & he inspires trust &belief.

Obviously I'd rather the fees were as little as possible, (no doubt the same as everyone else) and feel that the fees I paid were fairly high, especially when I had to 'chase' my guarantor when I wasn't aware that I needed to - surely this is what I pay admin fees for?
