Being a first time landlady I too had much to learn, I am also based outside the UK which required most correspondence to be via e mail with limited telephone conversations. This proved no problem for AW, all our converations were clear, factual and prompt, any questions from me about process were responded to and dealt with in an efficient but friendly manner. Everything seemed easy, advertising, viewings, contact with prospective tenant's, supprt and advice to me, all were done efficiently and promptly.Customer service to both myself, my family and prospective tenants has all been commented on and was excellent. I certainly feel my property is in safe hands, I hope the communication continues and I am kept informed of what is going well as well as what I may need to attend to.
Overall, a very good service of which I have no complaints at all, as this is my home not a commercial venture, I hope to return to a property that has been managed as well as it has been marketed and let so far. This is the customer service I had hoped for and to date I have not been disappointed, well done Preston Baker, what you do has worked for me.
