Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service and behaviour! DO NOT USE AMBER RESIDENTIAL! This company is an absolute nightmare! We only went with Amber as they were cheap and as the saying goes, you get what you paid for and what we got was...Rude, ill mannered staff, with not a brain cell between them, no knowledge of letting or sales, no clue about the property market or the local market in which they operate! Very poor communication and correspondence, ignored messages/emails, badly handled offers/viewings, abusive language and frequent breaches in contract.... the list is endless! Its evident this company have no clue how to sell, value or let a property at all. We managed to advertise our property on gumtree and generated more interest than the measely one viewing they arranged in the time our property was advertised with them for lettings and sales. Dont be fooled by their atrtractive cheap prices as this reflects their service. This company prey on those who are not aufait with propertly law and absue this to ... service and behaviour! If you wish to sell, let or rent safely and securely then do not use this awful company!

how fast did you get your deposit back? did they wait it out for a bit I've been waiting since september..... its now the end of february. the house we had, had huge cracks in the ceiling in the kitchen above was the bathroom you could clearly see the ceiling sagging under the weight of the bathroom. they said that they couldnt do anything about it until we had moved out. the boiler was absolutely god awful. the oven was faulty, 2 out of 4 of the hobs didnt work. the washing machine leaked twice. it was an absolute disaster. plus the houses are so damn cold it takes so much much to even heat those houses, i swear they go round poking holes in the wall to make it colder...
