Rasik Bhudia was courteous from the moment that I walked into the office and was told he would be the man I needed to consult. He took my instruction to sell the property in a minimum of time and with no fuss, and over the following days he kept in regular touch with me, sorted out the difficulty occasioned by my not being able to receive PDF attachments on my computer, helped me to find a solicitor to deal with our side of the sale, found a purchaser, and in effect had completed the sale within a week. Contracts were exchanged within ten days, and the lack of trouble and nuisance to me in the whole business is I think directly the responsibility of this member of staff.
I have a feeling that the Branch Manager, Simon Short, was taking his holiday during the entire transaction, and returned after a week to find it had all gone ahead in his absence. When we last tried to sell this house, he was extremely helpful and courteous, but we were baffled by the tenant's refusal to leave even when served with notice, and had to wait eighteen months before we were able to get a court order to evict her. This made it impossible for him to act for us at that time as I am sure he would have done: he certainly did his best, and was very patient about the whole mess. This time he was simply absent; not his fault, and he too should have a bouquet for the trouble we were to him and the kind and patient way in which he dealt with it.

Comment on agent fees
Standard fees for finding a tenant and managing the property. Some flexibility in fees would be nice, but at the end of the day, Sinan secured a tenant at a good rent, so I am happy. Better to have a tenant than a void.

very very poor service. Rang in to discuss a property that was on the market below market value. The agent (i dont know his name) was not interested at all. Just wanted me off the phone. Not the first time this has happened with this company nor im guessing will it be the last ...
