When I first met the manager of this firm they had so much big talk. They said they could sell in two weeks and said they had several buyers interested. I had 5 views in the first month. They called me once to feed back and then I heard nothing at all for 3 weeks. Absolutely nothing. They want your money but they are not willing to work for it. Waste of my time. They offered no advice that could improve my chances of an offer. Worthless!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have offered me support and he could have communicated with me on a regular basis. I find this so upsetting as I have never sold before so would have benefitted from their guidance considering I'm paying them for a service.Attached Filesnbsp;
