We were mis sold our flat, lied to about what was going to be in the flat i.e. individual mail boxes which I had to fight with the builder to get. Were told we would be able to upgrade certain things in flat but never actually were given the opportunity and when questioned them they said it was too late! When I complained they were not interested at all.
The flat is built by Henley Homes/Reis Construct(owned by same people) it is very poorly built I have had to go through the financial ombudsman as Henley Homes/ Reis construct are not repairing things to an even average standard, my flooring has been lifted and replaced twice and needs lifted again as it is sinking and splitting, there are holes in wall next to boiler, damaged tiles, windows have huge amount of movement in them, carpet in bedroom has cement or some sort of product on it, when neighbours walk in upstair flat my dishes vibrate, when they flush their toilet its like its my toilet being flushed, the noise is horrendous and the list goes on. The director at Henley Homes is very arrogant
and sexist. They have no interest in anything except money think twice before going near any of these companies and do a lot of research. The standards of this property are extremely low.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest and truthful don't just be thinking of the percentage your going to earn.

The flat was rejected by a couple then they had the cheek to ask for an extra ‚£5000 on top of what everyone else paid in flat.

With respect to upgrades; the reservation form clearly states that any upgrades should be highlighted and agreed to at the point of reservation. Given that I was not privy to the conversation with my colleague who met you, I can only at this stage apologise for any misunderstanding, but must highlight again that this requirement is detailed in the reservation form.
With respect to your comments regarding Henley Homes; I have forwarded your note to them and have asked them to respond directly to you.
