We found Capital Letters helpful and friendly from the start. They gave good advice about what we needed to do before we put the house on the market. They also reported promptly any repairs that needed doing and got them done quickly. They also arranged to let tradesmen in when necessary. Billing and transfer of rents has been done efficiently and their communications with us has been very reliable. We would gladly recommend them.

The worst letting agency in stirling, the estate agents are unhelpful, passive aggressive and condescending. Refuse or LIE about fixing the property and then ignore emails and phone calls when confronted. Stay away from capital letters at all costs....
