I have been seeking for an apartment over the internet on many websites, lots of fake advertisements and non-trustable properties.
I decided to ask friends about tips and tricks to get an apartment in London. I heard about Flatland from some of them. I decided to get in touch with you by email to have a first contact. I did not receive any real response (disappointed, this is my first negative point), you just subscribed me to the daily "available properties" list.
Anyway, I already knew from friends you were trustable, else I wouldn't have go for your service.
However, after having seen how hard and quickly you have to work, I understand why you do not answer to everybody!
I had to find an apartment for September 8th, I came 2 days in London mid-august to find something before the departure. I went to Flatland on Day 1. Holidays, 2 people in you office and luckily, nobody before me.
Myra took care of me, explained me how it worked and we started the quest.
I came 5 times to Flatland in 2 days, visited 15 properties. I got a "fake" one. I arrived to that fake ad at the same moment of another woman (was in Killburn). She had the same contact number but different name.... nobody opened the door. I tried to call, nobody answered. She tried, sb answered in a very noisy environment saying the flat was not available anymore. Anyway, that's the only weird stuff I had.
I finally found mine the second day. I just paid a small deposit and I got a kind of promise to have the apartment on September 8. I was a bit hesitant about that, so I did not send you an email saying I finished my quest. September 8th, the flat was free, people were honest and I go the keys. Near to Queensway, good location for me! Thanks to Flatland and mainly Myra, which did a great job. On top of that, 'was a pleasure to deal with her.
