We chose Carson's because the alternative agents in Bracknell grossly undervalued our property which could have led us to losing over £50000. Apart from that the team at Carson's worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through and kept us up to date with all developments. Our buyers were using internet agents and conveyencers who were almost impossible to contact and communicate with which meant Carson's had to work twice as hard to sort out the inevitable problems that arose, a lesson to anybody thinking of using online agencies. Special mention to David Ramon who kept the show on the road.
