We have had terrible experience the fact that the agent/director of the property management firm has been expremely rude and impolite to us. He has shown disrespect in the emails and inspection reviews. He has been unfair to us recently while we were away for emergency holidays due to my wife's visa appointment we had to leave our house suddenly and with a baby we left our garbage inside and a big issue was made while the property was inspected when we were not present. A bedroom window that broke on it's own possibly due to bad weather of change in pressure was portrayed as 'something thrown at it'. The dishwasher has been not working for months and nothing is being done to fix this. I am thinking of using all legal options now.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Too much money spent on the agency fees, property contract renewal admin fees. And after all this the agent behaves in an insane way!

The agent fees are not that bad at £350 when some charge £600+ but still for the service they offer that money is too much

Wow - AJ really will go to any lengths to try and hide his own dishonesty. You only have to read previous reviews of this company and AJ himself to see what he is truly like to deal with. As for myself, we did indeed work for him for around 8yrs, on and off. We fell out on several occasions due to his business practices and on each occasion he would come running back to us telling us that we were the best contractors he had ever used and he had changed his ways.

Hi we recently left from a property that AJ owned. He only gave me back half of my deposit with deducted agency check out fees, administration fees and cleaning fees. He gave half of it back without agreeing it to me.... Did you get anything back? really annoying as mine is now released from the deposit scheme or they were that dodgy that it never was in a deposit scheme?! ...
