We recently sold and bought a new property through CJ Hole. We have known Tim for over 10 years as he sold us our first house. The process was not altogether straightforward as we had 2 properties to sell before buying another and a timeframe we were working within. Nevertheless, we had good advice from Tim upfront, excellent service in selling our house and viewing properties to buy. We must have met about 75% of the team and they were all helpful, patient and customer focused. When other agents told us there was no point in booking viewings until we had an offer on our house, the team at CJ hole understood we needed to get an idea of what we would get for our money in the various locations even if it didn't lead to an offer from us on the day.
Our property sold very quickly for the price we wanted through an open morning and the offer being accepted on our new house was also made easy for us.
Other than the general team's positive demeanour, helpfulness and work ethic, what has impressed me most has been the clarity and communication right through the process. I have always known what has been happening with ongoing feedback, and as a control freak, if I found this good, it must have been!
The other area that stood out is how proactive and driven Tim and the team are. They really try to keep the momentum going which really stands them apart from other agents. So good communication, friendly staff and a quick and hassle free process stand CJ Hole apart from the other local agents.
