John did a good job in advising us what price to put our flat on the market at and attracting two strong possible buyers. He has a very good grasp of the technical aspects of the buying and selling process and gave good advice throughout. He was also easy to get in touch with on the telephone and over email. He inspired confidence and was pleasant to deal with.
Comment on agent fees
I think in general the fees are very high but the ones we are paying are not out of line with the industry.
