Having a flat destroyed by bad tenants, I couldn't sell this through a regular estate agent. They just didn't have the catalogue of interested buyers. However, Kelvin was able to find an interested party within a month of the property being listed.
Kelvin, who was responsible for achieving the sale, kept in contact daily. I did not have to chase him at all... he phoned me when he said he would and was very clear in his approach. He also calmed me down on several occasions!
Matt, who dealt with the solicitors once a sale had been agreed, was also as prompt with his updates. He was also instrumental in getting the sale completed within a short space of time. Again I did not have to chase him as he called when he said he would.
Both Kelvin and Matt were professional, friendly and sympathetic to my situation and I would recommend them if you are looking for a fast sale with results. They got the job done for me and I am so pleased! Thanks very much!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
