We've recently marketed our property with eMoov and were extremely happy with them.

The whole process has been simple, well explained and we were listened to at every step. In particular, we'd like to extend our thanks to Louise - she established an excellent rapport with us, and we feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. Louise has supported us through a very stressful period while our sale fell through, and we really appreciated her taking the time to check we were okay, and to explain everything the team were doing to try and resolve all the issues. Lauren has also been extremely helpful and went out of her way to check we had all the information we needed. The whole team are extremely friendly, well informed and happy to help with any queries we had. It's been great to have a team who felt comfortable to fight our corner and to let us know that what was happening with our sale was not entirely normal!

We've never felt it to be an issue that eMoov were a "virtual" estate agency - in fact, we've felt more connected than if they had an office on the local high street. The team are an absolute credit to the company, and we'd definitely use recommend eMoov again and be happy to recommend them to others!
Comment on agent fees
Loved the fact the fee was upfront and we knew what it was costing us. Prices are clearly laid out and you can tailor your package - even better you can do this through the life of the sale. You don't need to make your mind up straight away. We went for the basic package, but were able to add in items like sales boards, or amend or listing at any time. It was never an issue, or too much trouble and the cost is straight forward. The service you get for the fees is exceptional, and you deal with real people every step of the way.
