First time landlord, and turned to Country Properties in Hitchin to help with the entire process; from marketing the property, to finding suitable tenants, to dealing with all the various checks before tenants moved in last week. Pam Dewhurst and the team handled everything very efficiently, answered all my many questions, and I'm now looking forward to a hassle free rental period. Thanks.
