I dealt with Country Properties only at the end of the letting process. I'm in the UK studying with my wife and she was legally allowed into the country 8 days before me. This made it her responsibility alone to find us a flat. Through Pam Dewhurst, my wife saw several apartments in our price range and successfully booked our flat before I even arrived in the nation.

It's not easy relocating your entire life to another continent, let alone arriving in a country with no place to live. Pam took amazing care of my wife (in torrential rain every single day) and worked extremely hard to make what should have been an awfully difficult and trying experience for my wife into a lifelong and lasting happy memory for us both.

I met Kelly Dowse and Pam for the first time on the same day and both seemed like genuinely amazing people. Kelly walked us through all the paper signings and has since been our most trusted source of advice for settling into Hitchin. We've come to Kelly for several important personal decisions in the past month and she has never let us down.

Aside from Kelly and Pam, the rest of the Country Properties office staff (in several different buildings) has been incredibly helpful, polite, and generous in their time and attention. We strongly feel Country Properties employs good, hard working people dedicated to doing everything possible to assist their customers. Country Properties is a very special business. We cannot recommend them enough.
