Agent did not inspect property and they said they couldnt' because of too much stuff around. Basically they didn't care and didn't tell us of any problems. Tenant disappeared owing us money and the deposit did not cover damages. They just took money and didn't care. Property in a state and they did not clean up we have had to redecorate and there damage for which we have have to pay for. Would not recommend this agency.

Carry out his responsibilities as outlined in the terms of business. Ensure tenants adhere to the tenancy agreement. Respond to queries, issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Validate work carried out by contractors.Attached Filesnbsp;
