Moved into the house with a broken thermostat which took them almost 3 weeks to fix, when all it needed was for them to take off the old one and put a new one on, something I myself could of done if I knew that was the problem.
The bathroom sink has a spiders web crack on which was in that condition when I moved in, being told it would be fixed. After months of complaining they finally replied saying that they were not going to fix it as it doesn't need fixing despite the fact that mould grows out the cracks and one time when cleaning the crack had cut my finger.
The bedroom window was rotten completely and falling aapart, this got replace but only 10 months in and after the harsh winter that we had.
There was a flooding problem with the washing machine that happened twice and on the second occasion the plumber said he would pop round but never showed up.
Another issue happened when there was mould in the hallway and maintenance people we're called round, the roof man said it was the boiler and the boiler man said it was the roof.
To put homelets in a short category they are simply diabolical the communication and organization between the company is dire and needs focusing on how to improove to cater a pleasant experience for their tenants.
