Barkers/Nicholas Humphreys were extremely helpful during the whole process of the Let, not problems at all, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was all very efficient and I would defiantly recommend using this agent.

Fees seem ridiculous considering how little we get from the company by way of help. Rent due at nonsensical times throughout the year- how are students who only get their loans at the end of September, January and April meant to pay nearly a grand at the end of June before even moving in?
