My situation was very delicate due to the property for sale being that of my late daughter. Manning Stainton and in particular Nicola handled the whole sale from start to finish sympathetically and expertly. They led the sale, in the knowledge that I was finding it a difficult process and produced the results speedily and to my total satisfaction.
I am so glad that I saw a property nearby with their sale board up and that I rang them to represent me as I am not sure that I would have received the 'extra yard' of service I received from Nicola.
I did approach a couple of agents prior to Manning Stainton by email but sadly received no reply and contacted a local one in Wortley by telephone and was assured that someone would contact me but again I received no return call.
Manning Stainton not only gave me the procedure they would take and sure enough were at the property, I believe Helen Terry, within a couple of weeks....time delay due to myself as I live in Lancashire and could not make the first appointment given but also rang or emailed each and every time they had a prospective viewer and again giving me feedback after each viewing. Each time Nicola contacted me she was positive, cheerful and friendly - thank you Nicola.

Comment on agent fees
The fees were realistic and did not frighten me off when first informed but I can say the amount of work that has been put into selling the property made the fee worth every penny
