My dealings with the Mistoria Group has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. The communication between staff members within the company is nothing less than appalling, the staff are utterly incompetent and intimidating on occasions. when we moved in the property was in a state of disrepair and we had to withhold rent in order for anything to be done about the issues.
The damp problem in the property has caused me to be ill and there is a structural problem with the property which intensified the situation. In the end we had to involved environmental health, but cosmetic repair has only ever been carried out. I can only assume this is due to incompetence or cost.
The list of problems we have had with the Mistoria group have been endless and above I only illustrate one issue.
I have personally found both Pam and Mike to be rude and underhand on several occasions. Other times they have come across very well. I have found Chris Cantor to be utterly incompetent and and unable to carry out the most simple of tasks. Having said this, I have found Alex to be professional and helpful whenever we have come into contact

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything. Employing competent staff who understand good customer service would be a start.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.
When we were given access, the damage to the roof was repaired immediately. The cosmetic work took longer as it could only be completed after the damp had reduced.
Whilst disappointed to read your review, it does give us chance to learn and improve our service going forward. We realise there will be times when we don't quite get things right and there will always be differences of opinion but we are a professional company and uphold the standards of our profession.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us. It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future. We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case. We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
